※ DDA (Data-dependent Acquisition):儀器在每個循環中自動選取訊號最強的前驅離子進行MS/MS分析,適合蛋白質鑑定及小規模無標記定量分析。

※ DIA (Data-independent Acquisition):預先設定m/z區間,同時取得各區段內所有離子的MS/MS數據,適合大規模、高重現性的無標記相對定量分析。

※ DDA (Data-dependent Acquisition): The instrument automatically selects the most intense precursor ions for MS/MS analysis in each cycle; well-suited for protein identification and smaller-scale label-free quantification.

※ DIA (Data-independent Acquisition): Uses predefined m/z windows to simultaneously collect MS/MS data for all ions in each window; ideal for large-scale, highly reproducible label-free relative quantification.
